Field Level Security

Did you know..   ..Using Field Level security you can hide fields, buttons, or restrict features for specific users? In GP, go to  Administration/Field Level Security. Name the new Security ID template and then choose the product, window, and field/button that you want to hide or disable. You can also restrict a field or button to include a password so that the user must type a password before changing the field. Save the template. Next, select the GP users that need the additional security applied to. When the user tries to access the field/button, the added security feature will be applied.     Let us know your GP tip to share with other members of the GP community.
