Have you recently decided that your organization needs new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software? Now what? What are the next steps? How do you have a successful search? This new blog & video series explores the top four mistakes to avoid when selecting new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. Today, I'm discussing mistake #4.
#4 Not Knowing Your Partner

Be sure to meet, interview, identify, and vet the implementation team: the actual consultants and technical experts that you'll be working with day in and day out during the project.
If you do that, your project has a much better chance for success.

#1 No Documentation
#2 No Definition of Success or ROI
#3 Limited Involvement from All Departments or Locations
